How to get the fastest support

The more specific your message is, the faster we can reproduce and solve the issue.

  • Describe the exact shortcut or feature that is not working.
  • Include screenshots or a short screen recording if the issue is visual.
  • Send reproduction steps so we can verify the problem quickly.

Support commitment

We usually reply by email within 1 to 2 business days. For product bugs, we prefer clear reproduction steps over long back-and-forth.
